Liberty Mutual Global Cybersecurity team is actively searching for a Manager for the Privileged Account and Dynamic Access team. This group is part of our Central IT Services organization that designs, develops and runs the infrastructure and foundational technology that is used across all business units and within Corporate Departments for identity and access management. This team is focused providing products that allow Liberty to know who is doing what, where, when and how while leveraging access in our systems. The team is also spearheading the movement for the enterprise to leverage just-in-time access to further secure our environment.


Were looking for an individual to join our team in Portsmouth, NH. As a Cybersecurity Manager at Liberty Mutual youll be responsible for managing a team of engineers, shaping our product and design strategy, and at times jumping in and helping the team with projects. You will help build our products by solving complex challenges in simple, elegant ways while partnering with Product, Engineering, and Architecture to define and communicate strategic vision.


Specifically,
  • Experience designing for various groups of people (international audiences, multi-language localization, accessibility for people with disabilities, etc.)

  • Experience in product strategy and vision

  • Experience designing and building applications

  • Demonstrated experience with end-to-end product design

  • Experience communicating with cross-functional teams

  • Ensuring a high bar of quality in all products your team ships.

  • A deep-seated awareness of what makes a great product experience

Responsibilities:
  • Hires and manages team of people coaches, counsels and develops team members. Defines individual performance objectives and development plans and ensures alignment with organizational objectives. Evaluates team and individual performance and makes compensation recommendations.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, user research and communication design to ensure a smooth product development process.

  • Provides technical expertise and leadership to partners, IT management and other infrastructure staff in, implementation and operational aspects of appropriate information security identity access management procedures and products.

  • Manages the reporting, investigation and resolution of identity and access security incidents. Manages internal audit support mechanisms, reviews findings, responses and remediation efforts.

  • Maintains contact with industry security standard setting groups, and an awareness of State and Federal legislation and regulations pertaining to information security and proposes changes in companywide security policies when necessary.

  • Promotes the development of communications and supports all related awareness campaigns for information security awareness among all staff.

  • Prepares activity, progress and metrics demonstrating progress against departmental and security goals Establishes financial plan for the unit and manages to plan ensures project financial plans are met. Performs related duties as requested or assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science or a related discipline and at least eight or more years experience in security operations and administration, networks, IT operations, systems administration and maintenance, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Knowledgeable in identity and access management principles.

  • Demonstrated excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and consensus building skills required.
