Facebook is seeking the Global Head of Creative Shop. We are looking for a seasoned leader with credibility and relationships across the creative industry—someone who would thrive in running a global team with multiple demands on their time and can partner with the heads of the regions and our global leaders for Facebook’s business to prioritize resources to ensure our clients and agencies have the support they need to become mobile best marketers. This person will be responsible for leading a 300 person global organization in 38 markets, across a team of diverse roles and backgrounds. This person will be deeply inspirational, considered an industry maven, an experienced communicator, and a ruthless problem solver. This person will report to the Vice President, Global Sales Organization and dual report into the Chief Creative Officer/VP of Global Business Marketing for Facebook. 
This position is full-time and based in New York.    RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead a global organization of 300+ people to do the best work of their careers, across industry leading creative campaigns, insightful thought leadership, systematic frameworks, and unparalleled storytelling and craft
  • Represent Facebook Creative Shop as a cultural leader to all parts of the organization and external industry, partnering with agencies and clients along with internal business functions
  • Continually inspire our clients and partners with a vision for their brand and storytelling across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, Oculus)
  • Share consistent thought leadership around creativity, community, mobile technology, marketing and more, on global stages and throughout press
  • Manage business functions of the team to ensure resourcing, hiring, and processes are all optimized
  • Travel for client pitches, collaborative work sessions, and engagements (approximately 60% travel time)
    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
    • 15+ years experience in a leadership role in a creative environment
    • Experience leading global creative teams
    • Experience developing and managing creative campaigns and programs in an integrated marketing environment
    • Experience recruiting talent and developing teams
    • Creative experience with proven global and digital experience
    • Track record of working in cross-functional teams
    • Experience working in data-driven environment
