Global Business Marketing is the Facebook team tasked with sharing our mission-based story with brands, agencies and businesses around the world AKA the best marketers in the world. Were looking for a thoughtful, strategic thinker with a strong POV to plan and large business efforts across our brands Facebook, Instagram, and others for the North America market. With an ambition to create powerful, impactful cultural ideas, we need someone with deep cultural insight development experience and a passion for understanding rooted in community. You will need an intensely curious problem solving mindset as well as the ability to bring forward challenging customer-centric perspectives as we reimagine how Facebook and our family of apps and services go to market. You should have enthusiasm for marketing and advertising, along with a sincere desire to innovate and change the way businesses connect to their customers. You should be inspirational to clients as well as creative teams and pride yourself on building simple but provocative culture-driving, behavior-changing briefs that catalyze powerful work in partnership with a brand cross-functional team. You should have a passion and understanding of data and how, where and when to leverage it in the process. You will need to be bold in this fast-paced environment to pivot as needed and to ensure all stay on strategy as the work unfolds.
