Seen as a thought leader and strategy partner.

Works with senior leaders to identify opportunities to implement analytics solutions to business problems. Collaborates with business partners to understand their strategy, problems, and goals. Plans for future years in terms of strategy and operations. Thinks about their vertical and how it fits across the analytics organization. Leads development of solutions with high complexity and risk with business area implications. Provides leadership and direction through multiple manager. Sets priorities and executes strategy for the analytics organization.

6+ years of business experience leading projects and initiatives with track record of business impact.
6+ years experience leading teams that are programming using R, Hadoop, or Python
Minimum 12 years total business experience
6+ years of people management experience
6+ years experience strategy consulting or on strategy teams in large companies
Bachelor degree in quantitative field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience. Master's degree in quantitative field or MBA strongly preferred.
