Job Description
Work within Provider & Network Analytics team to deliver strategically-impactful programs and tools that expand convenient access to high-quality and affordable care for all members across multiple channels across all stages of life. Analyze data in a world class Hadoop cluster, generate analytical insights to inform provider networks and engagement strategies that support members on their individualized health and wellness journey. Work with Aetnas cross-functional team and deliver predictive analytics solutions to inform health care product strategy. Design and develop new health care offerings, drive consumer engagement, and enhance consumer experience. Extract and manipulate large data sets from multiple sources and use the data to deliver predictive model and solutions to drive member behavior change and experience across channels. Develop and use advanced algorithms, statistical predictive models, and modeling techniques to evaluate scenarios and potential future outcomes. Utilize programming skills to explore, analyze, interpret large volumes of data in various forms, and solve complex business problems. Support deployment of insights across multiple channels, including web, mobile app, email, social, call center, and Apple watch. Utilize R and Python to manipulate large data sets and develop statistical models and work with data management in a Hadoop environment, including use of Hive.
Required Qualifications
Requirements Masters degree in Statistics, Mathematics or related field. Minimum 2 years of data analysis experience. Prior experience must include building
