I never thought about how much SQL I would learn in my role! Going into the role, I thought it was a lot more about qualitative conversations, but every product decision we make needs to be backed by data. I need to be able to show exactly why we’re doing what we’re doing

I work with some of the best people one could ask to work with. I have worked at a few different jobs and the people that I work with here are not only knowledgeable but they are professional, friendly, easy to work with, caring and willing to help at the drop of a dime. I enjoy working with many of my colleagues and I have developed friendships that I hope will last a lifetime. Namely ROCKS!

One requirement I have when looking for a new career is a great team environment, you have to have great colleagues.  The people at Namely are smart, supportive, creative and fun!  It makes going to work everyday an experience you don't want to miss.

Manager, Enrollment Operations

On a professional front, I love that every week there is a new challenge or a new initiative to tackle. Working in benefits, I've always seen changes in legislation or changes in how carriers partner with brokers and BenAdmin providers. It's been really unique to be a part of Namely and witness SO many changes within our product & internal processes and how that serves our clients & their unique (and also ever-changing!) needs. One of my favorite parts of being at Namely is getting to partner with so many talented people to figure out ways we can work more efficiently and accurately. On a personal front, I have a toddler who keeps me on my toes so I always look forward to seeing her learn something new every week.
