The Role
Were looking for a hands-on Mobile Developer that thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment. The things we care about are:
- Experience in Javascript and ideally React and/or React Native
- You will be coding and architecting green field user-facing applications from the ground up, so a willingness to blaze the trail as opposed to coming into a fully baked codebase
- Product-driven focus and experience working with Product on features and usability
- A willingness to dive into how we utilize CI/CD pipelines to automate the build and release process for mobile apps
- A thoughtful approach to cross device testing
- Experience in a fast-paced, high growth environment
- Ideally some experience in Native iOS or Android development
- Experience working with GraphQL is a nice-to-have
Better Technology
- Our Engineering org does continuous deployment and we ship code 50-100 times every day
- We will launch some green field React Native apps
- We use TypeScript and Python for services and while you will not primarily be developing these services, hopefully you can get into the code to understand how they work, if necessary
- Since these will be green field apps we will be using the latest and greatest libraries, no outdated cruft
