Job Description
Senior Manager Health will be responsible for overall solution portfolio performance. In addition the fundamental components of the position includes:
Develop, implement, support, and promote strategies, tactics, policies, and programs that drive the delivery of quality healthcare to establish competitive business advantage for ActiveHealth.
Formulating and implement strategy for achieving applicable department/unit metrics and provide operational direction.
Coordinating business segment policies and procedures in support of financial, operational and service requirements. Implement care coordination services provided to plan populations in order to meet specific regulatory requirements efficiently.
Directing and providing enhancements to business processes, policies and infrastructure to improve operational efficiency (may cross multiple business functions).
Implementing and monitoring business plan and oversee any implementations or business transitions impacting service operations.
Serving as technical, professional, and business resource (may cross multiple business functions).
May manage, coach and mentor staff.
Serve as business group lead or SME
Owns and is accountable for P/L success for solution(s)
Required Qualifications
7-10 years work experience
10+ years of related industry experience.
Bachelors degree in Health or Human Services. Masters degree preferred.
Knowledge of the regulations, standards, and policies which relate to medical management.
