The Analytic Consulting Group partners with internal and external clients and data providers, leveraging predictive analytics and advanced ML techniques to drive strategic thought and effective decision making. The Senior Manager, Analytics manages analytic initiatives from conception to completion, responsible for building machine learning solutions to expand Epsilon's ML capabilities and provides actionable results that help clients achieve their business objectives.

Lead multiple analytic projects / engagements concurrently to ensure successful completion of analytic projects
Serve as the primary point of contact for key phases of the project; from project kick-off to presentation of results
Assist in the development of project requirements, analytic plans, SOWs, project timelines, and other related materials for the management of deliverables
Recommend the right analytical solutions to solve client business problems and manage all key internal and external stakeholders
Drives innovative analytics applications leveraging advanced machine learning techniques
Create compelling presentations with insights and actionable recommendations, effectively communicating the key findings and recommendations to clients

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (statistics, economics, mathematics, marketing analytics)
8 years of experience in marketing analytics field, hands-on predictive modeling, data mining, advanced segmentation and measurement using large marketing databases
Strong technical skills, proficient in SAS, SQL and Python
Experience with distributed computing, such as Hadoop, Spark, or related technologies
Strong understanding of statistics, modeling and machine learning techniques (i.e. Neural Network, XGBoost, Collaborative Filtering, Random Forest, Natural Language Processing, etc.)
Team player with the ability to mentor and manage junior resources
Solid planning, priority setting, and project management skills with experience managing multiple projects and resources concurrently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good at developing relationships across cross-functional teams (including statistical, technical, and marketing resources)
Highly motivated and collaborative
Acute attention to detail (QA/QC)

Desirable Qualifications:
Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Statistics, Economics or other quantitative discipline
Proficient with business visualization tools (e.g. interactive dashboard software)
Ability to program in newer and emerging languages such as R and Python; working knowledge of Hadoop and other big data technologies
