Engage with marketing stakeholders to identify opportunities to implement data science solutions and support internal clients to understand business problems. Translate business needs into analytic products. Communicate business understanding and analytical results to senior business leadership. Use advanced analytics techniques including forecasting and data visualization. Develop new techniques to solve complex business problems. Utilize advanced analytics tools and languages to analyze large data sets from multiple data sources and present findings to senior leadership. Conduct in-depth post-campaign analysis to understand key performance drivers, develop insights, socialize lessons-learned, and make actionable marketing recommendations. Develop advanced Tableau dashboards that measure performance for both acquisition and retention campaigns, as well as provide marketing the ability to seize opportunities for future activities. Partner with marketing to develop comprehensive acquisition strategy, including media allocation, media mix, A/B, experimental test design, and control setup. Program in SAS and SQL.
Masters degree in Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum two years of analytics consulting experience. Prior experience must include: developing customized SQL/SAS code to transform raw data into standardized forms; conducting statistical analysis of business performance data using programming languages including SAS and SQL; manipulating and analyzing large datasets; translating analytic results to senior leadership; and utilizing Business Intelligence (Tableau) skills to develop data visualization reports.
