Sales PlannerWe are looking for a smart and experienced Online Advertising Sales Planner to work closely with the sales executives to manage agency relationships and assist in all aspects of the sales process. Overall, we are looking for someone who is highly detail oriented, can thrive in a deadline oriented environment and has a very good working knowledge of the online sales process. Collaborate with Sales Managers to understand their clients objectives and needs in order to develop strategic media plans in response to all RFPs
Control CPM pricing through monitoring Rate Cards and inventory sell through rate
Work with clients to obtain creative materials for scheduled ad buys
Monitor for full campaign delivery on a monthly basis in addition to optimizing for performance in accordance to the clients KPIs
Provide varying levels of reporting on a weekly/biweekly basis to Sales Managers on active campaigns in preparation for team calls with the client
Develop and construct research decks for Sales Managers in order for the Sales Team to prospect and analyze sales territory to develop new business opportunities
Assemble post campaign wrap-up Reports in order to obtain incremental revenue
Responsible for pre-sale of our Programmatic deals including forecasting and acting in accordance to pricing guidelines
Responsible for client monthly Billing Reconciliation in addition to working with the TripAdvisor Accounting Department to resolve billing issues and generate timely invoices.
Work with Advertising Solution Product Managers to develop sponsorship opportunities and custom advertorials
Thorough knowledge of site specifications and analytics
