Your role in our mission

Partnering with the largest real estate developers in the world, Hello Alfreds footprint has grown rapidly in the last three years and currently operates in more than 20 markets across the United States. The critical role of Enterprise Marketing Manager will drive awareness and revenue with real estate partners through strong customer relationship marketing and impactful go-to-market strategies.

How youll help us to be successful

Defining and owning the enterprise marketing strategy and experience, including but not limited to:

  • Overseeing funnel and pipeline with associated revenue and budget goals
    • Create and manage key insight measures including win/loss and pipeline
    • Ensure inside sales and account teams appropriately track activity and drive campaigns in salesforce to enable marketing measurement
    • Identify ROI for key marketing programs and events, to optimize activities
    • Drive resource allocation (budget and people) and processes to achieve measurable gains in revenue and efficiency, while maintaining the highest level of quality in customer experience
    • Leverage reporting to maximize budget and allocate resources toward highest return opportunities investments
  • Crafting account-based marketing segmentation, strategies and campaigns
    • Define the buying journey end-to-end
    • Directly lead, design, and execute personalized campaigns leveraging content and events to engage the buyer network and connect them through personalized experiences with account teams
    • Define associated go-to-market calendar for enterprise campaigns, events and programs
  • Managing and monitoring lead generation efforts
    • Create, manage, and monitor performance for all lead generation initiatives, including email campaigns, content marketing, drip campaigns and nurture programs, events, partner channels, SEO, etc
    • Model and forecast growth marketing plan results including KPI targets (inquiries, MQL, sales active pipeline etc.)
    • Develop and execute content strategy, and oversee creation of content and messaging to support strategies. Ability to create content is a huge plus.
  • Supporting solution packaging, positioning and pricing
    • Influence Operations, Technology, Product and Product Marketing teams to design products, services and value prop bundles that enhance enterprise company experience and revenue
    • Identify gaps in our services and work closely with Operations, Technology, Product and Partnership teams to solve for them
    • Inform and align with Product Marketing and Brand teams to develop the appropriate assets and content for sales, product launches and go-to-market planning to bring our products to life in a differentiated way for the enterprise
  • Providing voice of the customer and marketplace insights to prioritize the roadmap for our internal product and technology teams
    • Champion enterprise buyer and employee voice of the customer insights from across internal functions to inform product development, partnerships, pricing, sales enablement, experience plans, messaging, promotions, product launch plans and other key internal functions
    • Champion competitive intelligence across direct and indirect players to inform positioning, pricing, messaging and product development
    • In partnership with Product Marketing, create member stories to showcase product solutions and benefits

Who you are

  • 5-7+ years of experience in Enterprise, Customer-Relationship or Product Marketing
  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, related field; MBA valued
  • Pipeline management and reporting experience a must
  • Strong track record thriving in a high-growth environment
  • Experience with real estate is an advantage
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Can think through and solve tough issues, tasks, and problems
