Recruiting Director, Candidate Experience

We are looking for a Candidate Experience Leader to shepherd the programs and work we do to ensure that we share our signature candidate experience with all our candidates - external and internal. 
This is a highly strategic and impactful role for our Recruiting Operations team. It is a thought leadership opportunity for anyone wanting to disrupt and innovate. This Leader will be responsible for our coordination and candidate care programs and teams, internal transfers, and other recruiting support groups that help candidates as they travel through our interview process. We want to make sure that our candidates receive the signature FB experience through personalized attention, authentic messaging, and streamlined efficient processes. This role will have a large team in the hundreds with direct reports in North America, and also be responsible for driving appropriate consistency/customization globally.   RESPONSIBILITIES
  • There will be a variety of programs under this Leader, which may include but not limited to:
  • -Creating a strategy to differentiate FB experience from other companies
  • -Defining a mission and vision for this program
  • -Defining a structure for candidate experience through all phases of interview
  • -Ensuring consistent and timely communication to candidates
  • -Ensuring the org is adequately staffed with well-trained interviewers
  • -Look at team resourcing, SLAs and Goals
  • -Partnering with Branding to create standardized prep materials
  • -Streamlined tools and logistics
  • This role will potentially look after other programs designed to share an authentic meaningful experience to our candidates
  • Potential ability to expand scope
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
    • 15+ years of recruiting/recruiting management experience
    • 10+ years people management experience
    • 5+ years of project management experience
    • 2+ years of strategic planning experience in a similar environment
    • Communication and interpersonal experience
      • Bachelor’s degree
      • Analytical and problem-solving skills to plan strategy, tactics and perform root-cause analysis
      • Ability to work across functions and at all levels of the organization to collaborate and help influence action
      • Ability to leverage cross-team relationships to super-charge collaboration and complimentary work efforts
