Facebook AIs mission is to advance the state-of-the-art in artificial intelligence through fundamental and applied research in open collaboration with the community. Our work covers the full spectrum of topics related to AI, including deriving knowledge from data: theory, algorithms, applications, software infrastructure and hardware infrastructure. We actively engage with the community through publications, open source software, participation in technical conferences and workshops, and collaborations with academia. Were seeking an experienced Program Manager to work closely with the AI org to develop, manage, and scale current and new AI programs. This role will be responsible for end-to-end program management of existing AI programs while simultaneously setting the strategy for new AI programs. To be successful, you will need to ensure the big picture stays in focus while executing the details of specific projects.The ideal candidate will be experienced in project management, a strong communicator, passionate about solving problems, able to operate independently and efficiently, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Establish and set strategic direction for new AI programs
