Facebook seeks a Product Marketing Lead who is knowledgeable and passionate about eCommerce and launching products that help people discover products they love and businesses drive sales. The ideal candidate will have experience with and strong opinions on mobile commerce, with a deep understanding of industry competitive landscape, trends, and business models. Most importantly, the right candidate will enthusiastically empower a high functioning team of Product Marketers and support them in their work, and their career goals.
- Lead a team of product marketers, managing team performance and supporting career development and growth
- Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders (including Product, Research, PR, Design, Engineering stakeholders, Sales and more) to deliver world-class products
- Empower product marketers to lead best-in-class market assessments through quantitative analysis and qualitative feedback
- Identify significant long-term opportunities and strategic views of product direction based on market assessment, qualitative research and quantitative analysis
