The Facebook Marketing Partner Program manages the ecosystem of companies that provides tools and services to maximize the performance of Facebook ads for its clients. The diverse ecosystem spans 55 countries and ranges from top global agencies to startup ad-tech companies in developing markets, and works as an integral aspect of Facebook’s multi-billion dollar global advertising business. 
We are looking for a Growth Program Manager to join a new team that focuses on testing and scaling initiatives that grow the Facebook Marketing Partner Program in terms of revenue, program participants, and advertisers who are utilizing our partners to successfully grow their businesses. The team is results-focused and thrives at the intersection of data, program, product, and marketing. The ideal candidate is a leader in complex cross-functional environments, understands the advertising technologies & services landscape, has a strong analytical and program background - with hunger to make programs grow.    RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead an analytical approach to identify growth initiatives
  • Be a master in cross-functional collaboration by developing deep relationships with key cross-functional partners across the company and coordinating with working teams
  • Build programs to drive new integrations and product adoption by our partners
  • Use tools similar to Hive/Hadoop, SQL, Tableau, Excel, and other internal tools to work efficiently at scale
    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
    • 6+ years of experience in product management, or business development or business strategy
    • Bachelors Degree
    • Problem solving and analysis experience solving business problems, individually or in a group setting
    • Knowledge of organizational dynamics, operating experience with cross-functional organizations
    • People and team leadership experience coupled with project management experience
    • Experience learning and shifting priorities, while maintaining organization and control
    • 2+ years of experience with SQL or programming languages
      PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
      • Experience building programs to support diverse communities
