The Senior Specialist of Behavior Change Marketing Operations is at the center of operational and project management workstreams in the NYC-based "Behavior Change Pods" agile marketing organization -- this is the CVS Health marketing test & learn innovation group. This person will execute marketing operations for a portfolio of "Next Best Actions" that help members get healthier, reduce medical cost, and raise member satisfaction. The particular focus of this role will be scaling products within our health insurance business (Aetna), pharmacy services business (CVS / Caremark), and with a special focus on Medicaid plans.
Youll be managing the behavioral nudges for a suite of products are an important part of how our company is addressing system problems with healthcare in the United States. Manage the operational backbone and roadmap of a cross-functional marketing team delivering educational campaigns to Caremark members
Conduct ongoing monitoring for active campaigns, maintaining deliverability reports and escalating to leadership as needed
Build and manage a smooth operating model with multi-disciplinary CVS Health teams as well as customers of the behavior change product
Coordinate campaign launches to deliver legal / regulatory reviews, implement campaigns through your Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect and Data Science partners, and maintain a portfolio of ongoing campaigns
Support Quality Assurance / User Acceptance Testing for each campaign launch,
Support general project management and co-develop key artifacts and processes internally to ensure the Pod is a well-oiled machine
3+ years in a marketing operations role in a large corporation (ideally working with some combination of email, direct mail, SMS, IVR/phone, paid media, web)
May be appropriate with 2+ years of general project management experience (with desire to stretch into a marketing environment), OR 1+ years of general marketing strategy/operations experience, OR 1-2 years of consulting experience
Some professional experience with PowerPoint (building deliverables / communication materials) and Excel (basic manipulation, pivots, reporting, etc)
Strong attention to detail is absolutely critical in order to ensure six sigma levels of error-free campaign delivery
Degree or coursework in marketing is preferred, but not required
Experience working in an Agile methodology and/or rapid test and learn environment (either directly with marketing campaigns or in a product development environment) is preferred, but not required
Experience for healthcare industry is preferred, but not required but a passion for healthcare is necessary!

This organization has six small teams producing short-form copywriting content in direct mail, email, IVR (call scripts), social media, SMS, and microsites. We deliver a high volume of test & learn on different permutations of messaging and behavioral economic principles. This role will also have an additional focus on Medicaid beneficiaries.
