Seeking a hybrid marketing strategist and campaign specialist with experience in both developing omnichannel marketing communications strategies and expertise in executing in marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, Marketo, etc. This role lives within the Digital CX Strategy team, specifically the MarTech Consulting practice which is focused on helping clients make the most of their existing technology to deliver a better customer experience.
The ideal candidate:
Has hands-on experience planning, executing, running A/B tests and measuring campaigns in various marketing automation tools
Wants to do less campaign execution work and more marketing strategy work
Knows how to recommend strategies and tactics that are in line with marketing best practices as well as platform capabilities
Can confidently navigate various marketing automation tools to assess how a client is using the tools and feature sets in order to identify gaps in tool usage, quick wins and longer-term opportunities to maximize tool usage and optimize the customer experience
Is a problem solver and knows how to come up with unique solutions to address marketing challenges
Wants to be an internal subject matter expert on marketing automation tools
Has the desire to not work only on client engagements but also to develop new solutions, participate in sales RFPs and pitches
6 years of work experience
3 years of experience using and executing campaigns in marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, Marketo, etc.
Marketing Automation Tools Certification preferred
Strong written and oral communication skills both in client engagements and sales pitches
Solid analytical skills, able to translate data-driven insights into marketing strategy recommendations
Builds relationships and collaborates well with clients and internal partners including other strategists, analytics, creative, campaign execution and client services teams
Bachelor's degree in marketing or business preferred/ or relevant work experience
