Facebook is seeking a Content Analyst to develop and activate insights about how people connect over content on Instagram. The Content Strategy & Planning (CSP) team within Media Partnerships works closely with our partner-facing and product teams to help build and invest in content businesses and creators within the Facebook family of apps. The ideal person will be passionate about the intersection of media and technology, understand the digital creator ecosystem, and seek to understand how content can drive product initiatives. This role will work closely with a cross-functional Instagram team to analyze consumption patterns, audience adoption, and content trends on IGTV, Reels, and other emerging Instagram products. This is a unique opportunity to conduct analysis to drive strategy and programming decisions on Instagram.
- Develop research and measurement approaches for evaluating the success of content published on Instagram and consumed by people around the world
- Deliver data-driven, actionable insights about global and localized content for the Content Strategy & Planning team and other teams within the company
- Leverage knowledge of video industry business dynamics to drive scalable content investment decisions
- Develop pipelines and data workflows to allow for quick and accurate data access and reporting
