BentoBox is seeking a Growth Marketer, Paid Media to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to the VP of Growth, this person will own our paid media efforts.


  • Own the optimization and management of paid search and paid social. This includes structuring and targeting improvements, keyword and audience expansion, landing page testing, search query mining, and improvement of the bid management process
  • Collaborate with engineering and product to drive initiatives for impacting organic visibility of focused category keywords, site architecture, and taxonomy and content
  • Actively find new growth opportunities and build out an effective optimization process to quickly identify and respond to changes in performance
  • Pull and analyze reports and translate data into actionable changes to accelerate performance
  • Research and leverage SEM industry trends and competitive analysis to drive marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with brand, content and growth marketing teams - sharing performance, insights and new opportunities
  • Discover, vet, and test new media channels
  • Use data from a variety of sources to evaluate LTVs across multiple demographics and channels - ensuring that leads drive high quality revenue with strong retention
  • Own additional digital channels including Paid Social, Video and Retargeting
  • Uphold BentoBoxs core mission, vision, and values

Skills and Attributes

  • 2-4 years experience managing paid search accounts for SEM
  • Proficient with Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, basic modeling), in addition to basic competency in SQL
  • Detail oriented and able to set and hit aggressive project deadlines
  • Highly adaptable and collaborative
  • Able to thrive within a fast paced rapidly changing environment
  • Customer-centric and able to understand the BentoBox target customer
  • Proficient with front-end (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus
