BentoBox is seeking a Growth Marketer, Conversion to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to the VP of Growth, this person will work with the Sales, Product, and Growth teams to optimize our marketing funnel for growth and profitability.


  • Lead growth and optimization efforts for BentoBoxs website, landing pages, e-mails, blog, microsites, direct mail, platform etc
  • Own top and middle of the funnel optimization
  • Work with Sales & Product teams to define and maintain our company testing calendar & support testing expertise
  • Conduct regular analysis of acquisition efforts to identify inefficient segments of the funnel, find opportunities, and run experiments that drive sustainable and profitable growth
  • Own our customer-facing website on desktop and mobile. Identify and move on opportunities to optimize user experience, maximize conversion rates, and product adoption
  • Plan and implement go-to-market strategies
  • Assist with any offline customer acquisition experiments and track metrics
  • Strategically identify and engage qualified leads without crowding the top of the funnel
  • Generate revenue and coordinate go-to-market campaigns and activities for new company initiatives and features
  • Own the customer journey from initial contact through the sales cycle, as well as upgrade opportunities post sign up
  • Uphold BentoBoxs core mission, vision, and values

Skills and Attributes

  • 3+ years in online marketing, preferably at a B2B SaaS company
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and practices, both practical and theoretical
  • Experienced with A/B testing (ex. Optimizely, Google Optimize), Analytics (eg. Google Analytics), Data APIs (eg. Metabase, Segment ), User testing (eg., surveys), CRM (eg. Salesforce, Marketo)
  • Highly skilled with Excel and data analysis; SQL a plus
  • Experienced with Adwords, Facebook Ads
  • Proficient enough with front-end (HTML/CSS/JS) to collaborate with effectively with engineers
  • Excellent at managing implementing testing frameworks and testing programs at scale
  • Experienced managing customer acquisition efforts in paid, organic, and viral channels
  • Passionate about working with top-tier designers and delivering best-in-class solutions
  • Clear quantitative orientation
  • Proven track record of delivering results
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, but also collaborative and able to work with a team
