As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will close and own key relationships with Feathers enterprise customers. Your role is diverse in nature and will include closing inbound leads, supporting large scale project management, and becoming a key contributor to the success of Feathers enterprise offering. You will operate between the Account Management and Logistics teams and will report to the Senior Account Manager.

What youll do:

  • Be a primary point of contact for Feathers enterprise customers and interface with them regularly
  • Take responsibility for the processes within Feathers Enterprise program, including: closing inbound sales, building relationships, tracking shipments and communicating lead times to ensure on-time deliveries, working with third parties to seamlessly execute large-scale furniture installations, creating and finalizing contracts, and managing existing customer relationships
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of Feathers enterprise offering, helping to build and improve upon processes
  • Track commonly asked questions, concerns, and customer feedback to be used to drive product improvements
  • Collaborate with the Senior Account Manager and Program Manager to ensure operational excellence
  • Monitor Enterprise accounts receivables and follows up to ensure on-time payments

What you have:

  • 2+ years of experience in account management or project management and a general understanding of startup operations
  • Intermediate knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and wearing multiple hats
  • The ability to multitask between multiple high stakes projects at once, with an innate understanding of what and how to prioritize
  • Intermediate-level analytical skills
  • A bias towards quick action
  • An eagerness to join a fast-paced, growing, and evolving startup
