Enterprise Account Executive, Financial Services

SecZetta is currently looking for an energetic self-starter to develop a territory and strong customer relationships using a consultative selling approach to increase awareness about the value of SecZettas products and services.

The Account Executive is responsible for offering products and services to financial services industry and building and maintaining a healthy pipeline to achieve revenue goals. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial drive, organized and motivated by success and able to demonstrate a track record of sales attainment. The position will report directly to the SVP of Sales and be key a member of the growing sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with key CIOs, CISOs and other technology suite executives, and develop pursue leads
  • Be a catalyst for furthering SecZettas brand at key financial services and insurance companies
  • Execute on your sales plan, building and maintaining your pipeline and closing business
  • Effectively forecasting your business to meet or exceed quota
  • Build a sales plan with your manager to identify the "who and how" to achieve your quota
  • Infiltrate and influence decision-makers at the highest levels
  • Qualify prospects through deep and detailed discovery
  • Manage prospect relationships throughout the buying process
  • Present the SecZetta platform with and sometimes without a Solutions Architect
  • Collaborate with Solutions Architect(s), channel partners and others to properly present SecZetta value
  • Become the trusted and consultative advisor to win customer confidence

Requirements:

  • College Degree or equivalent experience
  • Successful track record of sales and executive relationships within assigned territory
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years experience managing complex clients
  • Experience selling high end, project-based, professional consulting services, characterized by long sales cycles and both large and small dollar transactions
  • Significant business relationships with senior client executives
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Good knowledge of Technology services and Financial Services & Insurance sector marketplace
  • An ability to gain access and influence decision-makers at the highest levels in client organizations
  • Experience crafting and executing strategic and tactical plans to close large revenue projects5+ years of solution selling
  • Background in IT/Security or HR software is plus
  • A high-level of self-motivation, commitment and activity to attain corporate and personal goals
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Forecast accuracy; hitting and exceeding revenue plan on a predictable basis.
