We are looking for a leader to manage business marketing for the Global Agency and Global Client Categories portfolio, as part of the Global Customer Marketing team. The Agency ecosystem is global, from media, to creative, to performance, to small business agencies. Our Global Client Categories portfolio includes our top global advertisers, supported by sales teams across the globe.
This leader should have an expertise in strategic thinking and have an ability to turn complex problems in to simple solutions. They must have outstanding story-telling capabilities; strong cross-functional leadership, and an ability to lead people by setting a vision, building plans, and coaching them for success. The ideal candidate will bring creativity and passion to this role and the work that they lead.
- Lead a team of marketers in New York and Chicago to do the best work of their careers, across industry leading creative campaigns, insightful thought leadership, systematic frameworks, and unparalleled storytelling and marketing
- Develops, leads owns the Global Agency and Global Client Categories marketing strategy and plan as well as influences core regional stakeholders
- Build strong working relationships with leaders across Facebook sales, marketing and core cross functional partners
- Continually inspire our clients and partners with a vision for their brand and storytelling across platforms
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive and deliver scalable marketing communications programs
- Deliver concise and powerful analysis of marketing impact
- Effectively negotiate and manage the marketing budget
