The Role

TVision has cutting-edge technology, a differentiated product, a loyal customer base, and robust panel of households across the US. As TVision continues to grow, we are ready to invest in our commercial capabilities and rapidly grow revenue. 

As the Director of Field Marketing, you will be responsible for acquiring target clients and converting them into sales-qualified leads. Youll target enterprise accounts and specific verticals by running field programs to fill the funnel and accelerate to close. You will partner with SVP of Sales, Marketing and other sales leaders. Responsibilities include:

  • Build, own and execute the field marketing plan. This plan will help TVision to effectively grow and accelerate pipeline through account-based marketing programs, SEO, social media, email marketing, content marketing, events, phone, and more
  • Ensure messaging and positioning is consist with overall marketing strategy in all field marketing materials and communication
  • Ensure performance and ROI are tracked, and set up processes to effectively measure outcomes
  • Work closely with the sales leaders to identify target verticals, monitor lead performance, collaborate to develop consistent messaging, and optimize metrics of lead quality.
  • Has the ability to make data driven adjustments based on market traction, customer feedback and desired differentiation. 
  • Creating compelling marketing materials (e.g. emails, whitepaper, case studies, landing page) and creative outreach strategies that generate leads by working with our partners. Also responsible for sales collateral development.

The Candidate

You are an entrepreneurial, experienced, and self-motivated marketing executive who thrives in a VC-backed tech company environment. Other qualities include:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing or related marketing role (SaaS and ad-tech/mar-tech is preferred, while experience in account-based marketing is a plus).
  • Prior experience (2+ years) working in early-stage or growth-stage startups.
  • Strongly tech-driven and always looking for a way to improve & automate processes in order to scale the business to the next level
  • Hands-on Experience in CRM and Marketing Automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Ability to manage complex projects with multiple parties.
  • Deep understanding of media/advertising-related products is a big plus.
  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to accept feedback.
