Facebook is seeking an experienced Creative Agency Partner to partner with leading US agencies to build “mobile-first” advertising across the Facebook family of apps and services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to build and sell integrated marketing campaigns, as well as the gravitas to foster executive level relationships. Candidates must have strong strategic capabilities, a solid understanding of the creative agency landscape (especially new operating models), a collaborative spirit, the ability to juggle multiple projects/clients at any given moment, and is comfortable working within a fast moving, entrepreneurial environment. This is a full-time role and is located in New York City.   RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Firmly establish the Facebook family of apps and services as brand building and business driving platforms in the eyes of all Agency constituents.
  • Act as the primary liaison and internal Facebook advocate for your agency partners with a specific focus on key C-Level relationships and partnership liaisons.
  • Facilitate understanding, adoption and application of Facebook’s suite of Creative Solutions, as well as collaboration with Facebook Marketing Partners.
  • Provide best-in-class, responsive client service and partnership across all agency constituents.
  • Responsible for answering and shepherding opportunities/inquiries to the right team within Facebook.
  • Co-create and deliver inspirational programming that has a scaled impact across agency departments including account management, communications planning, strategic planning, creative, and production.
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional teams, especially product/partnership team, to translate the needs of agency partners and to develop tools and partnerships that facilitate mobile-first creativity.
    • 10+ years of Advertising Agency experience as business lead or strategy director (brand, digital, communications or social).
    • Personal network in place with agency contacts at agencies and proven track record of building business through the development of consultative relationships.
    • Knowledge of Facebook portfolio, user behavior and platform characteristics.
    • Experience implementing and facilitating adoption of new mindsets, systems or modes of working.
    • Experience working for (or with) matrix organizations and experience winning the support of key internal cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Experience in an entrepreneurial environment.
    • Communication and presentation experience.
      • Experience working with or in support of diverse communities.
      • Ability to translate technical or complicated ideas into ordinary and simple terms.
