We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented FP&A Manager who can develop insights into the financial health of the business and formulate actionable recommendations. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to our growth and help provide direction to our organization. You will join a small but growing Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team and will interact directly with cross functional groups and executive leadership. This is a unique opportunity to be part of building the function in a hyper growth, private equity backed company expanding globally.

What Youll Do

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and build analytical models which aid in executive decision making
  • Develop long-term financial operating models to improve the organizations ability to effectively plan and manage company profitability and resource requirements
  • Support the business with proactive analysis and assistance. Identify areas of the company that will benefit from increased analysis and propose viable solutions and alternatives
  • Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting packages to be presented to key stakeholders including senior management, the Board of Directors and top-tier private equity ownership group
  • Develop, track and analyze KPIs that can be used across functional areas to identify business trends and help instruct key executive decisions
  • Potentially provide supporting analyses for company financing and other corporate finance transactions
  • Support growth of the FP&A function within the organization

What Youll Bring

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 3-6 years of investment banking, PE or consulting experience; prior Corporate FP&A experience at a fast-paced technology/SaaS/consumer company will be highly valued
  • Bachelors degree with excellent academic record, MBA a plus
  • Strong technical finance and accounting skills preferred
  • Demonstrated high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, financial modeling and data analytics
  • Experience with e-commerce, retail, direct marketing, consumer electronics and / or subscription business models a plus
  • Outstanding analytical skills with rigorous attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills both orally and written with the ability to concisely and thoughtfully summarize financial analyses
  • Self-starter who can take on significant responsibility with little supervision
  • Team player with an exceptional work ethic; leads by example and interested in mentoring and developing junior FP&A team members
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment
  • Intellectual curiosity and a passion for problem solving
