The Senior Advisor leads a team of developers to deliver design, code, and deployment of Salesforce Applications and integrations for solutions across the next generation of PBM, Corporate, and Retail applications. The Salesforce Senior Application Development Advisor requires extensive knowledge and proven experience in Salesforce platform development, design and delivery of complex business solutions built on the Force.com platform, Sales and Service Cloud, and various technology stacks outside of Salesforce to support integrations including Apttus CLM. You must have knowledge and experience with the Salesforce platform including best practices, Apex development, visual force and other common Salesforce development technologies as well as experience working with enterprise data warehouses and be able to help define long term strategies as to how the CRM and data platforms should technically inter-operate.
To be successful in this role, you must possess the ability to lead projects with limited risks and resources, have superior design and development ability with strong analytical skills. You will act as the liaison between project managers, architects, development team members and analysts to build, maintain enterprise-level software solutions and provide technical support in new project initiatives, design, develop and enhance existing systems, assist in functionality documentation, technical documentation and system testing and quality assurance. You will identify opportunities for technology improvements, improved organizational efficiency and effectiveness, and innovative solutions to help achieve business benefits through technology. You will collaborate with internal infrastructure teams to properly plan and sustain healthy well performing cloud and on premise software application environments, provide input to business relationship management teams regarding improvement goals for business divisions or functions that can be achieved through technical solutions, coordinate with other cross functional leaders within IT and business leaders to ensure holistic application solution designs meet business needs. Proactively work to reduce costs and improve productivity continuous improvement). Create, implement and ensure measures for successful execution, including Solution development standards, policies, processes, procedures and controls. Ensure the team is diligent in creating thorough solution documentation that can be used as input into future development tasks and training. Research existing technology solutions for appropriateness and reuse. Perform analysis to identify and vet potential technology solutions. Influence stakeholders across both business and technology. Document process findings, risks and recommendations. Communicate technology opportunity, operational and structural problems through the combined lens of architecture, development, partner and infrastructure.
8+ years of IT experience.
5 + years of experience with Salesforce platform, Apex development.
3+years of experience coding development experience with Apex, Visual Force, Force.com, and Lightning.
1+ years of experience with Integration between Force.com and various systems, platforms, and data migration.
1+ years of Salesforce platform experience, such as system configuration and data migration/manipulation.
Salesforce Lightning application building experience including Lightning web components
- Sales cloud/service cloud consultant certification
- Platform app builder certification or equivalent coursework with hands-on experience
-Experience in various testing methods, performance, load, stress etc.
- Experience in implementing high volume
Experience working with remote business and IT partners. inbound/outbound call centers using Salesforce Service Cloud and related technologies

- Experience with Informatica ETL a plus
- Data Warehouse and/or Data strategies.
Ability to travel uoto 20%.
BS. Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems or HS Diploma/GED accompanied by equivalent work experience
