The Inside Sales Specialist reports initially to the Director of Customer Support.
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn to potential customers, and following up on incoming leads.
- Understanding customers’ needs, identifying, and qualifying sales opportunities.
- Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information per email.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads using Definitive Healthcare
- Taking on other tasks or projects to support employees, other managers, and sales operations.
