TRUX is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to support our high-velocity startup that is disrupting the logistics value chain of the +$1 trillion construction industry.
Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound leads, follow-up (+50 calls per day), outbound cold calls, and emails.
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
Understanding customer needs and requirements.
Perform effective online demos to prospects.
Close SMB sales and achieve monthly quotas.
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
2+ years of proven success in Inside Sales.
Strong phone presence and experience in a high volume outbound call environment.
Experience working with Salesforce.com.
Excellent verbal, written communications and presentation skills.
Working knowledge of software packages such as Google Suite and Zoom.
Process oriented thinker and problem solver.
Track record of success involving stakeholders from C-level executives to operational roles.
Experience in the construction, trucking, equipment, or building material manufacturing industry is a strong plus.
