As our first US HR Partner, you will have the ability to impact and influence a hyper-growth team that is scaling globally, by supporting amazing and talented people in their Assured Allies journey. You will own diverse tasks and work across multiple HR domains. We are looking for a well rounded HR professional with a “generalist” mindset. You will report directly to the VP HR (located in Israel) and join a small and dynamic HR team.
The position is located in Needham (Boston) MA.
Hybrid work model (minimum 2 days in office)

In this role, you will:
Support managers and employees in their journey:
- Onboard new hires to drive impact in their first 90 days
- Manage the interface with our PEO (Trinet) for ongoing payroll management, Compensation & Benefit benchmarking and strategies, EAP and more.
- Support offboarding processes
End to End ownership of the recruiting process for our US requisitions
- Partner with hiring managers to lead recruiting efforts across all functions
- Create and communicate robust sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies
- Tenaciously build talent pipelines through networking, employee referrals, external recruiters, events, and other creative channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews
Support our scaling teams
- Define clear expectations of roles and a career path within the teams
- Drive employee engagement by working closely with the managers on team building / on sites and offsites experiences
- Celebrate wins by supporting managers with recognition programs and announcements
Be a trusted partner to our leadership and the entire US team - Champion what’s working, listen carefully to identify needs and challenges and help drive solutions.
- Partner with managers and the HR team to develop and implement people strategies that engage and retain a strong and diverse team (onboarding, performance management, compensation cycle, promotions, and mobility)
- Own the HRIS processes and data integrity - support the implementation of an HR system
- Embrace and foster cross collaboration within the US team and globally
- Work closely with VP HR/ finance/legal teams on the employee agreements and additional employee relations issues
Specific skills and experience that might help:
- 5-9 years of experience in HR as an HR Generalist, people leader, business partner, or human capital consultant
- Solid knowledge and practical experience from a hyper-growth startup or a fast paced midsize company, managing the employee journey in the company, supporting the managers and employees, leading a range of employee relations matters (onboarding, termination, mobility).
- Experience operating in a global environment
