Job Description
RaySecur is seeking an experienced field support technician responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing RaySecur hardware and software products remotely and onsite. Additional responsibilities include supporting new system builds, and repair of return units. In this role, you will be responsible for successful adoption and support of cutting-edge security technologies by some of the largest companies and government agencies in the world. Periodic frequent travel and ability to travel on short notice is required.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair RaySecur hardware and software products.
- Perform periodic maintenance, calibrations, and software updates.
- Support new system builds, return unit repairs, and quality testing.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in a field service role supporting both hardware and software systems.
- Min. associate's degree or equivalent technical certification in electrical, mechanical, or related systems.
- Demonstrated track record of ensuring customer success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel, at times on short notice, to support field service calls.
- Proficiency in the entire Microsoft suit, especially Excel, a plus.
