The Opportunity
Hult International Business School seeks impactful teachers to train and launch the next generation of international business leaders. Specifically, we seek part-time faculty in Finance and Accounting for our undergraduate and graduate business programs at our campus in Cambridge, Massachusetts and for our Global Online MBA, starting in Summer 2023. The successful candidate has a proven record of facilitating excellent student experiences, both in person and online. Even more important is the candidate’s demonstrated willingness to improve teaching practices and to innovate new tools and techniques to achieve student learning objectives. Finally, the candidate should desire to join our community with an explicit desire to improve all aspects of the Hult educational experience, including those outside of the classroom.
Expected Qualifications:
- Demonstrated knowledge and teaching experience Finance, Accounting, Marketing and Venture Investing at an undergraduate and/or graduate level with an average teaching evaluation above 4 out of 5.
- A track record of success in teaching to large groups of internationally diverse students at the university level. A Hult classroom with 65 students might represent 40 different nationalities. We expect students in the Summer of 2023 and Fall of 2023 to mostly attend classes in person on campus. The ideal candidate should also have facility and comfort in teaching to online or hybrid audiences since this role is also eligible to teach on Hult's Global Online MBA.
- Professional experience in international business to bring direct, relevant business practice into the classroom.
- Appropriate citizenship or visa to work in the United States.

Students are awarded a joint U.S. and U.K. degree on successful completion of the program. The U.K. degree is awarded by the Ashridge (Bonar Law Memorial) Trust, known as Ashridge, with which Hult has a strategic alliance.
