Job Description

Working on the Ordergroove partnerships team, we are seeking a motivated Enterprise Partner Manager to join our growing partnerships team, and to help execute our partner go-to-market strategy. As an Enterprise Partner Manager youll be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of agency partners including digital commerce agencies and ecommerce technologies and platforms. The right candidate will lead with a partner centric approach, playing a key role as liaison between our partner ecosystem, merchants, and with internal Ordergroove teams including sales, marketing, account management, and product development. 

 

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships within a portfolio of development and design agency partners in the ecommerce ecosystem
  • With support from leadership, identify and recruit new partners to Ordergroove partner program
  • Pipeline Generation; Build and develop top of the funnel pipeline of merchant prospects via partner portfolio. Key metrics tracked will include top of funnel lead generation and overall partner influenced revenue
  • Partner Enablement; this partner manager will play a key role in aiding Ordergroove partners with sales enablement, market positioning, and platform implementation best practices
  • Continuously gather product and partnership feedback from partnership ecosystem
  • Eliminate sales and implementation roadblocks for Ordergroove partners with proactive partner enablement activities
  • Help to drive partner co-marketing activities and represent Ordergroove at industry events

Experience Required

  • 3-5 Years direct experience within the eCommerce industry
  • 2+ years experience in dealing with agency partner ecosystem
  • Experience in solution based selling. Proficient understanding of key ecommerce technology players 
  • The ideal candidate will have proven experience working within enterprise ecommerce ecosystem (within CommerceTools, Magento/Adobe/Salesforce Commerce Cloud)
  • Proven ability to set and run meetings with VP/C level executives
  • Demonstrated use of emotional intelligence to navigate complex channel sales opportunities 
  • Bachelors in Computer Science, Or Business Administration preferred
  • Proactive, independent, and energetic attitude with the desire to be a key player on a results-oriented team
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a high-growth environment with attention to detail and a positive attitude
  • Desire to go beyond the basics and bring new ideas and thinking to OrderGroove and our clients
  • Internet, tech-savvy, and proficient using G-Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets). Salesforce and Gainsight experience is a plus.
  • Bachelors in Computer Science, Or Business Administration preferred
