Who you are
As Director of Product Management – Health Products, you will lead an exciting growth area for Virgin Pulse, that includes our Digital Therapeutics product line - Transform for Prediabetes, Weight Management, High Blood Pressure, and other health extensions that you will manage. You will lead a team of product managers working closely with UX, Design and coordinate with engineering, live services, marketing and other teams throughout the organization. You will develop product strategy and KPIs and work with your team to deliver on market requirements, incorporating feedback and input from customers, partners and our in-house product strategy and research teams. Specifically, you will focus on ensuring our newly launched and soon to be launched Digital Therapeutics products are successful with customers and deliver on health outcome goals. You will also be part of the team that define and scopes future product lines in our Transform product line and other health related product lines.
You possess a unique blend of entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial skills, business and technical savvy, strong leadership and process skills, and the drive to make your product vision a success in the market. You enjoy spending time collaborating with key stakeholders, to bring innovative products to market that meet business, quality and functional goals.
Meet the Team
Our product managers enjoy working with lots of inputs and constraints: product and UX vision, use cases, go to market timing, and development budget. They also have a passion for creating winning products, can own the process of product delivery, and can work well within a close-knit product delivery team.
What you bring to the team
You are passionate about quality. Ensuring accuracy and elegance in your work is something you do every day.
- 5-7 years working as a product manager agile software development process (digital health/digital therapeutics, healthcare, condition management or closely related product experience is required)
- 2-3 years working on leading an entire product or product area that was new to market; where you were part of the team that successfully launched and grew a new product
- Experience managing 3 or more direct reports
- Data and metrics oriented to assess product success and roadmap priorities
- Experience managing 3 or more direct reports
- Knowledgeable in SaaS software
- Experience with products used by large numbers of employees
- Excellent communication skills
- B2C product management experience strongly preferred
- TRAVEL: This position requires occasional travel to customer and non-customer sites in North America and Globally (roughly 10%)
