JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Digital Marketing Manager to be a part of the Hydrow Digital Marketing team. We’re creating the next great consumer technology product in fitness, and are looking for an individual with an eye on the future and plans to learn and grow with the company. 

Hydrow supports active lifestyles and encourages team members to not only interact with the Hydrow platform, but other competitive platforms on a regular basis.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Managing day-to-day Hydrow website projects including, but not limited to content updates, A/B testing, and landing page creation. 

  • Managing ecommerce store projects including, but not limited to content updates, discount and promotion management, conversion optimization. 

  • Leading initiatives across our other digital channels including Facebook, Google, affiliate, Refer a Friend, and more

  • Tracking and reporting on advertising performance

  • Creating weekly performance reports focused on A/B testing and optimization

  • Cooperating with analytics team to identify opportunities and provide key insights 

  • Creating and maintaining a testing calendar and tracker for A/B tests and results

  • Managing and supporting users of our digital library for media assets

  • Strategizing and planning with the Director of Digital Marketing

  • Creating content marketing guidelines for emails, landing pages, videos, etc. 

  • Developing the blog content strategy for top of funnel (new leads) 

  • Other tasks and duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years in Digital Marketing (or marketing role with heavy emphasis on digital channels)

  • Email marketing experience

  • Campaign creation and A/B testing experience

  • Knowledge of important digital channels: Facebook, Instagram, Google, Microsoft, Amazon

  • Knowledge of key marketing tools like google analytics and shopify

  • Strong organization, planning abilities and attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills & ability to work with 3rd parties and key stakeholders 

  • Strong excel/google sheets skills

  • Independence and hunger to learn!

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE 

  • Knowledge of specific tools:

    • Google analytics

    • Hubspot

    • Shopify

    • Funnelytics

    • Google Ads / Facebook Ads / Amazon Ads

    • Unbounce 

  • Design experience (knowledge of photoshop)

  • Project management experience
