As a Creative Product Lead, you'll be responsible for exploring the creative potential of our products and platform, by synthesizing insights and priorities across our company and the industry to develop a unified vision that will inspire creative experimentation and excellence. This work will drive platform adoption, deliver value for advertisers, and advocate for creativity in the products we build for businesses of all sizes. Youll have a dual citizenship on the Creative Shop, where you will lead our efforts to inspire advertisers and you will partner with our product management and product marketing teams to shepherd new solutions to market.

The right candidate will drive creative strategies and build systems that enable business to succeed more often on our products and platforms. Youll develop an approach that ensures the broader Creative Shop is well positioned to build work that supports the new products launched and new ways to develop advertising ideas. Youll roll up your sleeves on scaling our ideas through products that democratize creativity across all advertisers.

In this role, you will grow your influence across internal teams including marketing, sales, and product to uncover new ways to drive impact. You will manage long-term vision and deliver near-term impact for business products. Your passion for creativity applied to business, along with your skills as a builder of products will be a great addition to the superpowers of this team.

Required Skills

  • Explore insights and priorities across our company and the industry to develop a vision and strategy that will inspire creative experimentation and excellence
  • Work with others on the Creative Shop Regional and Global team to develop product hypotheses and co-develop work that tests these ideas
  • Develop creative and strategic frameworks to push Creative Shop and the broader creative industry to experiment and create new ways to inspire people through our product offerings
  • Drive the development of lighthouse work in collaboration with the broader Creative Shop team
  • Help lead, develop and deliver the most important stories about Facebooks products the world needs to know
  • Represent the creative industry in strategic decisions connected to Facebooks products
  • Work hand-in-hand with key cross-functional partners to create scalable, playbooks, programs focused on product adoption and growth
  • Partner with product management, product design, and product marketing teams to inspire our product roadmaps
  • Run point deploying beta opportunities for the Creative Shop to create/co-create on the next generation of products
  • Build empathy within our product teams for the needs of businesses of all sizes
  • Bring curiosity, grit, creativity, empathy, and passion every day to the team and this role

We develop the network software for Facebook applications on iOS and Android platforms. This includes measuring and improving performance, reliability, security, and efficiency of network communication with Facebook servers. Getting the most out of a diverse set of worldwide mobile networks, and millions of handsets with a wide range of hardware capabilities is challenging as well as fun. All this while we play good citizens in these networks and are mindful of the device battery, storage, and data consumption.
