Job Summary
The Manager, Programmatic Advertising Operations is responsible for managing, executing, and optimizing programmatic ad campaigns across the PatientPoint digital network. This role involves working closely with external media planners, analysts, and ad tech partners to ensure our campaigns deliver against client objectives and KPIs. The ideal candidate has experience with demand-side platforms (DSPs) and supply-side platforms (SSPs), real-time bidding (RTB), and data analysis to drive performance and maximize ROI. This position is an individual contributor role.
What You Will Do
1, Campaign Setup and Management:
- Set up and monitor programmatic ad campaigns within the PatientPoint network. These campaigns could either come directly from Client Sales or indirectly from various SSPs.
- Collaborate with media planners, clients, PatientPoint Client Sales, Revenue Operations and other stakeholders to define campaign objectives, target audiences, and ad placements.
- Ensure proper elements are captured to allow for comprehensive measurement, as needed.
2. Optimization and Performance Analysis:
- Monitor campaigns in real-time, adjusting bids, targeting, and placements to improve performance and maximize KPIs.
- Analyze campaign data to find trends, performance insights, and areas for improvement, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- When needed, conduct A/B ad testing, placements, and audience analysis to refine targeting and enhance engagement.
3. Reporting and Insights:
- Generate detailed campaign performance reports, including key metrics, insights, and recommended optimizations.
- Present data driven insights to stakeholders and clients, translating technical results into actionable recommendations.
- Maintain up-to-date dashboards for quick visibility into campaign status, pacing, and budget allocation.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with Creative Services to ensure assets are compliant and optimized for programmatic platforms.
- Coordinate with Insights & Enablement teams for enhanced targeting and insights. Additionally, work with Programmatic Pricing teams to ensure alignment on deployment and terms.
- Work directly with PatientPoint IT/Engineers to troubleshoot tracking, serving, or delivery issues. May also include efforts to resolve issues with ad-server partners.
5. Platform and Industry Knowledge:
- Stay informed of industry trends, updates, and best practices in programmatic advertising and ad technology.
- Proactively research and test new tools, platforms, and techniques to maintain competitive advantage.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in programmatic ad operations, preferably with hands-on DSP, SSP, or Ad server management.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, RTB, and programmatic ecosystem.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and reporting platforms (Tableau, Data Studio).
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.

Base Salary Band: $92,006.00 - $145,000.00
Corporate Bonus Potential up to 10%
