Due to continued business growth, we are seeking virtual Contractor Sourcing Partners to join our Enterprise Digital team. Contract Sourcing Partners serve as talent advisors to our Enterprise Digital business segment by executing a comprehensive talent attraction strategy after fully understanding the needs of the hiring leaders. In this role, you will develop strong relationships with Hiring Leaders and Talent Acquisition colleagues to deliver high quality proactive recruitment resulting in adding talent to CVS Health.
Responsible for executing the best practices in talent sourcing strategies and search for passive candidates.
Collaborate heavily with Business Leaders, TA leaders, and TA Operations teams to deliver solutions based on creativity, search mastery, and a passion for the mission of CVS Health.
In partnership with Recruiting Partners, build relationships with business leaders and Hiring Managers to better understand drivers, the external talent pool, and immediate as well as long-term talent needs.
Provide creativity and follow best practices in sourcing using CRM, ATS, social communities of practice, and extensive sourcing tools available to our sourcing team members.
Deliver ongoing talent discovery for difficult to fill positions and job families.
Build extensive, diverse pipelines for critical skill areas and open positions including DevOps, full stack, SDET, UX/UI, technical product management, iOS and Android, as well as technical leadership position openings. (No one Contract Sourcing Partner will work on every position family listed here.)
Seek and utilize analysis of market trends and provide reports and metrics on talent pipelines and sourcing activities.
Prepare candidate slates, conduct in depth candidate prescreens, and recommend top candidates to Hiring Managers and Recruiting Partners.
Participate in employer and recruitment branding efforts and social media optimization.
Ensure staffing activities are conducted in compliance with corporate, local, state, and federal guidelines.
Participate and contribute to the quarterly monthly, and annual strategic recruitment plans supporting talent acquisition initiatives.
This role will ideally be based in the central or eastern time zone with the ability to work at home 100% of the time. There is no travel requirement. We expect our contract sourcing partners to materially invest 40 hours a week in sourcing efforts for CVS during core business hours.
5+ years of talent acquisition experience in information technology.
3+ years of research/sourcing technical candidates with proficiency in an array of progressive sourcing techniques including direct sourcing of passive candidates, gathering competitive/market intelligence, job boards, leading-edge internet and social media sourcing techniques, and networking/referral driven sourcing.
3+ years with a TA CRM or other robust candidate relationship management tool.
2+ years experience with developing expansive creative sourcing/research strategies for large information technology projects.
Strong candidate assessment skills, direct sourcing, relationship building, and experience in behavioral interviewing techniques.
Ability to adapt to and learn new technologies and ways of working.
Experience managing reports and manipulating data to make accurate decisions/presenting to leaders both in TA and with the business.
Experience with Smashfly CRM or other robust CRM and ATS.
Effectively build, monitor, and measure effective social media recruiting efforts using a CRM.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, business administration, or related field; or a combination of education and professional experience.
