We are now looking for someone to join our Clinical Operations Team to help facilitate the clinical execution of the NeverStop program as it continues to grow. This role falls at the intersection of research, clinical, and operational execution.
Specifically, we are seeking a clinician with a passion for wellness as we age, program development, health coaching, and behavioral activation to help us make evidence-driven decisions and continuously improve the performance of our program.
Applicants should have a strong clinical background, an understanding of wellness principles, and a background in either occupational therapy, social work, case management, or nursing. Ideal candidates should also have a strong academic background to help support them in clinical research synthesis, writing, and translation into clinical protocols. This position is largely remote but may require travel to the Boston office quarterly.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with data scientists and clinicians to build clinical protocols
- Collaborating with key stakeholders, such as operations and training leaders, to generate requirements for new feature releases, feedback loop on product, processes, how procedures are functioning
- Work within an agile environment with cross-functional teams, Product, Data Scientists, Engineers, Clinicians, and Research
- Communicate domain knowledge and clinical findings to stakeholders and colleagues
- Writing or finding engagement and program copy and content to meet program needs
- Developing novel program design to address program needs based on clinical experience and data
- Intervention due diligence and overall support of the execution of the program
Requirements:
- Degree in any of the following fields: occupational therapy, nursing, social work, case management, or related wellness field
- 2+ years of hands-on clinical or wellness experience in a 55+ population
- Basic knowledge of research methodologies in controlled and observational settings, including statistics and data analysis methods
- Ability to translate data and research into clinical practice
- Ability to communicate effectively across business functions (Product, Data, Development)
- Strong clinical writing skills and fluency in creating consumer-facing materials
- Intermediate knowledge in assessment development and survey building is a plus
- Fluency in dynamic electronic medical record systems
- Experience in healthcare/case management systems is a plus
- Basic knowledge of insurance underwriting
