Position Description

The Seismic Inside Sales team is looking to add competitive, bright, and versatile teammates with 1 - 3 years of prospecting experience, or a recent graduate with excellent leadership and internship experience, to take their career to the next level and to play a key role in the growth of Seismic Software. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the ideal candidate will become an expert in generating, prospecting and qualifying leads, one of the most important components of the sales process. As an active member of the Sales and Marketing team, the successful candidate will drive opportunities, build pipeline and drive revenue for the inside sales team. This role is an excellent opportunity to prove yourself in a fast-paced sales environment, in a growth stage Software-as-a-Service company with enormous opportunity for career growth.


  • Navigate/prospect organizations to target the right audience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Does not settle for average attitude and performance (strives to exceed monthly meeting quota)
  • Willing to help all parts of the business, not just sales
  • Organization skills/attention to detail


  • BA or BS in Business-related major
  • Familiarity with CRM
  • Excel, Word and Outlook experience
