Were looking for a self-starting and driven business development rep to join our world-class growth team! A business development rep is a salesperson in training. During this time, youll be responsible for sourcing, building relationships with, and nurturing leads for our closing growth team. There is a path for career growth for the right candidate who is passionate, forever curious, and willing to learn.
In your first 3-6 months you will:
Learn PatientPing products, target audiences, and messaging
Learn the tools necessary for success: Salesforce, SalesLoft, Hubspot, etc.
Build strong relationships with your field growth reps, marketing, and sales operations counterparts
Consistently meet goals for lead SLAs, meeting booking, and prospecting
In 12 months:
Continue to build on core skills and product/ industry knowledge
Maintain the momentum to meet and exceed your goals
Begin to expand knowledge of more complex sales cycles
Work with mentors to set goals for yourself and gain consideration for move to quota carrying role
What you need:
BA/BS degree in business, marketing, or other related field
1-3 years of experience in a business-to-business environment (preferably health or tech)
Proficient in PowerPoint, Salesforce, and marketing automation software a plus
Tenacious and sharp problem solver who is comfortable with ambiguity
Strong self-starter with a track record of proactively getting things done
Analytical and fast learner
