The Business Development Representative will be responsible for qualifying sales leads and building sales opportunities for the team. You will do phone and email prospecting engage potential customers and build the foundation for long-lasting relationships. You will be mentored and developed by seasoned enterprise sales professionals.
About the Role:
- Building new revenue opportunities by conducting high volume prospecting to qualify leads through calls, emails, and other strategies
- Learning to articulate Aternitys value proposition and identifying methods of establishing trust with prospects
- Accurately tracking activity in Salesforce to expand to our prospect list
- Scheduling prospect meetings for Sales Executives
- Working closely with Marketing and Sales to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business
- Achieving or exceeding monthly quotas of qualified opportunities
- Self-driven team player that is excited about a career in sales.
- Able to build effective relationship through collaborating with both internal and external parties to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Demonstrate a bias for action that leads to interactions that are prospected through high volume of personalized outbound activity (emails, cold calls, social touches).
- Tenacious prospector with the ability to navigate complex prospect organizations and drive engagement with key stakeholders.
- High Achiever who consistently achieve and/or exceed qualified opportunity quotas to ensure sales objectives
- BA/BS or equivalent working experience
- 1+ years of B2B sales experience as a BDR, SDR or ISR
- Remote working experience a plus
- Demonstrated success in meeting monthly targets
- Motivated to be in a goal-oriented, quota-carrying role
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
