VP of Product Management & Partnerships
PatientPing is a venture-backed health technology company based in Boston, MA that is transforming healthcare delivery. We are building a national network that connects providers with real-time notifications when their patients receive care anywhere, so that providers can better coordinate patient care. Our customers include hundreds of health systems, physician organizations, and post-acute care providers across the country. Our vision is bold to build a national care coordination network that allows providers to put patients at the center of their care.
The VP of Product Management & Partnerships will accelerate the growth of PatientPings product portfolio from inception to maturity through a combination of in house product development and strategic partnerships. You will oversee and support the team of product managers that guide the creation and execution of the roadmaps for our products and identifying data and application partnerships to increase customer value and accelerate commercial success. You will also have responsibility for representing PatientPing at industry events and groups in service of enhancing PatientPings mission and industry recognition.
The ideal candidate understands health systems, providers & health plans pain points and has an in-depth knowledge of the current HIT landscape. She/he is able to mentor, guide and direct product teams to differentiate PatientPings product offerings to solve for both customer and user needs. She/he is a student of the art and science of product management and instills product management best practices She/he has the ability to identify (and execute on) partnership opportunities to enhance value creation through our applications. Successful candidates will enjoy interacting with people and building relationships, mentoring teams, thinking analytically, creatively, and strategically. She/he is innately entrepreneurial, passionate about spreading our service, and enjoys growing others to realize their potential.
What You Will Do:
Own the overarching product strategy across PatientPings user applications
Support application PMs to create and deliver on product roadmaps
Systematically evaluate the commercial value of new product development and partnership opportunities
Lead product partnerships strategy and execution with an eye towards increasing product value
What Success Looks Like:
In 3 months
Develop a deep understanding of PatientPings current capabilities and our product roadmaps
Develop a taxonomy and database of current & potential product partners
Foster a collaborative and mentorship relationship with Product Managers on your team
In 12 months...
Delivered at least two partnerships (live) to enhance the value of PatientPings products
Represented PatientPing in multiple events to establish our leadership in real-time care coordination
PatientPings product suite has demonstrably enhanced value from current state as evidenced by use cases that customers are using us for
Demonstrated significant increase in product usage and industry leading NPS
Mentored team members to be future product leaders and cultivated a highly engaged team
