VP of Finance, Experiences and Rentals

Function as the lead of the finance and accounting functions of the Business Unit, reporting to the Head of the BU, including:

  • Business unit leadership: Is a member of the BU leadership team and as an active member of the team, setting BU strategy and policies. Is a driver of great financial management for the BU and supports BU decision making with timely and insightful analysis and recommendations.
  • Strategy setting: Is an active participant in the strategy setting process for the BU and the corporate strategy process
  • Team management: Is responsible for building strong teams and developing talented team members
  • Finance process: Has experience managing the standard financial tasks/processes, tailoring financial systems to financial and business processes.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis, accounting, payments and receivables management, indirect taxes and statutory reporting
  • Is part of the TAMG Finance Leadership team, led by the CFO, and ensures effective collaboration with the corporate finance functions (supports corporate reporting requirements and policies, corporate tax and treasury, annual audit, SOX, etc)
  • Actively uses business metrics, financial and general, to drive the business.
  • Understands the day to day trading position of the company and effectively uses these perspectives to feed the ongoing positioning of the business unit and company.
  • Has experience in a very data rich environment.

Qualifications:

  • A career that combines 10 years+ of strategy (consulting firm), operational and finance roles.
  • Experience working in a high growth or successful early stage environment strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience providing strategic guidance and partnership
  • Recent experience scaling a global finance operation
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Business. CPA, CMA and/or MBA preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Intellectually flexible, open minded but rigorous in analytic approach.
  • Merger and acquisition finance experience.
  • Experience in a global business with activity based project costing
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work without direct supervision, and efficiently manage tasks and time.
