Bullhorn is looking for a talented, passionate and naturally curious UX Designer to join our Development Team. This candidate must be the type of designer who likes to take initiative and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment while maintaining an impeccable design sense and attention to detail. Work includes customer-facing products, client facing products, and internal tools. We are particularly interested in designers that have done it before and have worked on products that touched millions.

As a UX Designer, a typical day might include:

  • Collaborate with your team to conduct research into customer goals, behaviors, and challenges

  • Develop a deep understanding of our users, the product, the industry, and our business strategy, and use it to fuel creative solutions

  • Design iterative prototypes of increasing fidelity to validate ideas and fine-tune usability

  • Share UX knowledge and help optimize our design process

  • Partner with engineering throughout the development process to negotiate technical challenges and ensure successful delivery

  • Pair with other designers to provide and receive feedback

  • Help us build a culture of discovery, collaboration, creativity, and fun

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Must be able to clearly articulate the reasoning behind decisions, supporting with design principles and data (both qualitative and quantitative)

  • 2+ years of experience designing successful products

Bonus points for:

  • Experience developing, implementing, and managing a design system

  • Leveraging machine learning and natural language processing to help users make better decisions

  • Degree in HCI, visual design, behavioral psychology, or a related field is preferred
