This individual is a thought leader and design visionary that will lead UX efforts for the AI enabled contact center at the enterprise level. As the UI Designer, Sr. Advisor, you will provide leadership of the user (member, provider and colleague) experience for our Cognitive AI enabled portfolio of products, including voice bots, chat bots, visual companions, and smarter tools for customer service colleagues across the Enterprise.
You will collaborate with stakeholders and business unit leaders to broaden the understanding or skillsets in the organization for how AI-enabled experiences are designed and continuously optimized. You will be contributing to high-visibility efforts to articulate our vision for future experiences. You will collaborate closely with other UX & VUI team members to generate UI solutions that address user pain points and elevate our brand. As a UI designer, you will also provide leadership to a team of designers and direction for the portfolio. You will be a hands-on Designer/Leader with creative concepts that support the overall customer experience strategy and our AI portfolio of products.

Lead the design of user interfaces and visuals for native and responsive web platforms.
Work alongside UX designers, researchers, engineers, and product managers to ensure that were solving the right problem, the right way.
Work within our UI Kit and brand style guide to deliver high quality, polished user interface designs, assets, and specs.
Conceptualize, design, and define breakthrough user experiences, drawing inspiration from research, user goals, and the world around you.
Work with our copy, visual design, and accessibility teams to ensure all work is compliant with our brand, copy and accessibility guidelines.
Partner with research, optimization, and analytics teams to inform and validate design decisions.
Gain stakeholder support for designs by communicating design vision and rationale.
Translate complex cognitive challenges across multiple projects into user experiences delivered across multiple channels (digital, phone, in store).
Use best practices, frameworks, and processes to deliver best in class customer experiences for all AI products
Leverage the blend of VUI and UI experience with AI technology to create superior user experiences
Lead (in collaboration with UX Director and team) the on-going monitoring, stabilization, and improvements for the Cognitive AI products, including our Enterprise Intelligent Agent voicebot and visual companions.
Gather requirements, design flows and content for visual companion to leverage AI technology to deliver virtual assistant capabilities.
Lead design sprints, UX requirements definition sessions and design thinking workshops and accurately scope UX research and design work.
5+ years of experience in UI design
3+ years of experience in responsive web design and mobile UI.
Masters degree in business, technology, or design program
Experience with agile methodology
Prior design experience from a leading brand recognized by customers for experience
Strong research and analysis background, including user interviews, focus groups, ethnographic observation, concept validation, usability testing, and post-launch analysis
Demonstrated understanding of how data and technology enable customer experience and human centered design
Prior experience with AI, chat/voice bots
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative problem solving with excellent attention to detail, mastery of typography, color, iconography and spacing
Demonstrable experience designing for web (desktop, mobile) and/or native (iOS, Android) platforms
Ability to take a strategic design approach factoring in user research, user test findings and technical capabilities to inform the user interface solution.
Experience producing designs for large-scale, enterprise products in an agile environment.
Experience with iOS and/or Material native UI guidelines and patterns.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skill.
Lean/iterative mindset; be open to adapting to meet customer and business needs process
Expert knowledge working with Sketch and Invision.
Bachelor's degree or work equivalent experience
