Spirit of the role:
Technical writing is about communicating technical things to people who may or may not be technically inclined. Technical writing is first and foremost about the reader; who they are, what they are trying to do and what they need to know to succeed. Then we need to know the product in sufficient detail to be able to describe or explain it to the reader. Finally, we need to deliver a clear and concise communication that addresses the specific needs of our readers, nothing more and nothing less.
The Training team is seeking a highly motivated Technical Curriculum Developer to implement a new vision for world-class training that enables non-developers to build applications using low-code methods in Quick Base. This team is accountable for enabling our large ecosystem of problem-solvers to independently create data-driven business solutions.
In this position, you will write convincing business scenarios. You will engage our learners with crafted content that conveys concepts and processes in an impactful, engaging and memorable way. At the same time, you will deliver rapidly and on time, and according to established standards and guidelines. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment, where you will work hard, and just as importantly, have fun.
