Introduction

The Talent Programs Manager is responsible to design, develop, implement and continuously improve upon innovative, scalable talent management programs that are of value-add to the business and align to our company vision and values. This position will focus on accelerating stakeholder adoption of Talent Management programs such as performance management, career development, leadership and manager development, employee on and offboarding, engagement survey assessments, coaching and mentoring as well as managing the analytics, reporting and business metrics for the TM programs.
Using a highly collaborative and consultative approach, the Program Manager will work closely with their respective regional HR Business Partners to ensure TM programs are meeting the needs of the business and that the HRBPs are equipped/empowered to own the execution of the TM programs.

Job Detail

  • Design, develop (or source), implement, manage and enhance iRobots Talent Management processes and program
  • Consult, coach, train and partner with the regional HRBPs to ensure effective and high-quality execution of TM strategies
  • Build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to uncover development needs in partnership with the HRBPs
  • Partner with vendors on soliciting proposals, negotiating contracts and managing to the TM program budget
  • Drive the improvement of existing TM programs and processes to include collaborating with HRBPs and other stakeholders to review, collect feedback, prioritize enhancements and drive implementation
  • Develop, refresh, publish and distribute support and implementation materials/collateral for TM programs
  • Own the development and train-the-trainer for TM programs as needed.
  • Document and notify the internal teams of any risks, weaknesses or opportunities that could potentially impact the success of a TM program/project
  • Research and keep abreast of external trends, innovations, and best practices in the TM arena to ensure quality of programs
  • Define and conduct feedback with program participants to evaluate effectiveness of training programs, measure program impact, and analyze areas for improvement
  • Work collaboratively within the HR Delivery and HR Leadership teams regarding program design, performance analysis and technology
  • Partner with the HR Technology team to develop and leverage tools, processes, analytics and dashboards to analyze/report on and support TM practices

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent required
  • 3-5+ years experience in Project / Program Management; Training & Development programs preferred
  • 3+ years facilitating / meeting management via in-person and virtual methods
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience/working knowledge of Talent Management tools and systems

  • Ability to operate independently and be self-motivated with critical attention to deadlines
  • High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Team software (Zoom, Teams), including Excel, Outlook. Workday Learning system knowledge a plus
  • High quality, professional and effective verbal and written communication skill
  • Initiative and bias towards action in meeting organizational goals
  • Well-developed self-awareness and sense of accountability
  • Proven project management, organization, and business analysis skills in a dynamic business environment; prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills
