Our Talent Acquisition team is obsessed with continuing to build the best teams across Rapid7. In this newly created Talent Brand and Programs Specialist position, your mission is to bring life to Rapid7s identity, talent brand, and promise of a career experience of a lifetime for prospects and candidates. . In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing our talent brand marketing strategy against our audacious hiring goals and driving our global hiring programs. . . think employee referral program, diversity recruiting, and candidate experience. This role is critical to the growth of the business and will have a direct impact on Rapid7s culture and success. It will report directly into the Senior Manager of Talent Operations.

Job Requirements


  • Working cross functionally with our marketing partners, recruiters, and hiring managers as the primary point of contact for talent marketing.

  • Responsible for managing and executing the go-to-market plans to support key strategic hiring initiatives.

  • Primary management of our talent brand budget and vendors, including but not limited to, LinkedIn, BuiltIn, Glassdoor, Indeed etc.

  • Digital campaign planning and management - mapping out social and digital content and advertising strategy

  • Event planning and management - define event roadmap which would include, Rapid7 hosted events, Rapid7 sponsored events and conferences

  • Assess ROI for campaigns to determine successes and areas of opportunity.

  • Craft engaging content, ranging from blogs to social media to video, in order to increase brand awareness

  • Ensure candidate and employee facing materials are branded appropriately.

  • Provide tracking, analysis, and insight to produce future successful recruiting marketing programs while inspiring evolution and improving efficiency

  • Build strong, reciprocal relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with global and local strategic initiatives


  • 2-4 years of professional work experience developing managing and communicating employment brand and recruitment marketing strategies and programs

  • BA/ BS in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field

  • Experience designing social media and digital advertising campaigns

  • A creative out of the box thinker who isnt afraid to take disciplined risks

  • Demonstrated experience in balancing multiple priorities in a fast paced and continuously changing organization

  • Is proactive, self-motivated and has a strong work ethic

  • Extraordinary organizational and project management skills

  • Superior written, verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated experience presenting concepts and programs in front of a variety of audiences

  • Video editing experience, with portfolio or meaningful samples

  • Meticulous attention to detail; delivering results while juggling multiple projects
